All Saints’ Day dress-up- Wednesday, October 29
On Oct. 29, Students may come to school dressed up as ANY Saint. Saint costumes do not need to be elaborate! We will have an All-School mass on this day instead of Friday. Students will process in Mass with their class in their costumes. Costumes should go over your child’s school uniform, as we will be changing after Mass. Dressing up will be part of their Religion participation and work habits grade.
Oct 31- Halloween Costumes:
To ensure that all costumes follow our school's Halloween guidelines, I ask that you let me know what costume your child plans to wear on October 31. Costumes must be appropriate and pre-approved, or a student may be sent home to change. Please share your child’s costume by Friday, October 24. using the link below,

We will be having a costume contest on 10/31 and there will be prizes for the Top 10 costumes.
Let's remember that Halloween originated as All Hallow's Eve, where students dressed up as saints. We will dress up as Saints this year on Wed 10/29, since All Saints' Day falls on a Saturday (11/1) this year. Please help us keep Halloween HOLY and CLEAN so we can continue to have this treasured tradition at our Catholic School. As many of you know, the preschool sisters do not celebrate Halloween across the street, but we would like to continue this at our school as long as it's a fun and wholesome experience for our K-8 students.
