I hope everyone is doing well! Here’s a look at what's coming up for our LAST week of school, June 8- June 12. Please make sure to read all the important information below to avoid any questions that may already be addressed. If you missed last week’s email, you can find updates on my school blog: /third-grade Please take a moment to review the important announcements below as we approach the final week of school.
Attendance Reminder Attendance for this week will still be reflected on your child’s report card. If you are planning for your child to be absent during the last few days of school, kindly notify me in advance so I can make the necessary adjustments to their attendance record before finalizing report cards.
Free Dress All Week Students may wear free dress all week. Please make sure it is school appropriate free dress. We kindly ask families to consider donating gently used uniforms next week to support our Fall Uniform Sale
Take-Home Materials, Planners & Homework folders Please make sure your child’s backpack has enough space to carry any materials that I’ll be sending home. Students may leave their homework folders and planners home but they will need their devices.

Attached is the flyer for more information: Sports Day Volunteers Needed to Help Move Desks I am looking for a few volunteers who may be available after school on Wednesday or Thursday to help stack the desks in our classroom. The desks are fairly heavy, and unfortunately, I am unable to lift and stack them myself. If there are any dads or family members who are available to help, I would greatly appreciate it. Your assistance would also help Mr. Flores, so he does not have to move and stack all of our classroom desks on his own. If you are available to help on either day, please let me know. Thank you so much! 3rd Trimester Awards – Friday, June 12 I will notify the families of award recipients by Tuesday, June 9th through email. The awards ceremony will be after our 8am Al-School mass in the church. Please note: No daycare will be provided on Friday, June 12. You may pick up your child’s report cards at the classroom after our awards ceremony. Report cards will not be released before mass.
