Dear 8th Grade Families,
Blessed Sunday! I hope that all students and parents who joined our Washington, D.C. trip had a restful weekend. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to accompany our students on such a memorable and educational experience.
Please review the important information and reminders for the coming weeks:
ARK Test – Wednesday, April 22
Students in grades 2–8 will take their ARK Religion assessment this Wednesday at 8:00 AM.
Mass with Mother Figures – Friday, April 24
We will celebrate “Mass with Mother Figures” on Friday, April 24, at 8:00 AM in the church. Mothers, grandmothers, aunts, or other special mother figures are warmly invited to attend for a special blessing.
Please add the name of your student’s mother figure to the document by Wednesday, April 22 at 10:00 PM:

Students must arrive in their complete formal Mass uniform. Please note that all students are required to remain at school after Mass.
May Crowning - Friday, May 8
This all-school Mass will be followed by the May Crowning, led by our 8th grade class. 8th Grade Families are invited to attend this special celebration.
Students may wear appropriate Sunday Best attire or their complete formal Mass uniform. Room parents will be purchasing flowers; additional details regarding cost will be shared soon.
Hundred X Pizza & Ice Cream Party - Monday, May 4
Thank you for supporting our Hundred X fundraiser! As one of the top four classes in funds raised, our class will celebrate with a pizza and ice cream party.
St. Anthony of Padua Carnival (May 15–17)
Our annual parish carnival will feature rides, games, food, and fun for the whole family!- Each school family is required to complete 8 service hours
- A $200 fee will be charged if hours are not fulfilled
- Only one donation per family is required (not per student)
- Pozole to-go containers with lids and spoons
