Back to School Night Question:
Are students given a topic to write about daily for their journal?
Yes! Students are given a writing prompt each time we do journal writing. The prompts are designed to encourage students to practice their writing skills, express their ideas, and develop their creativity.Ocean Institute Survey
I am so excited to share that we have been blessed with a generous sponsor who will be covering our students’ entrance fees to the Ocean Institute! We are incredibly thankful to our anonymous sponsor for making this possible.
Our next consideration is transportation. As mentioned during Back-to-School Night, the bus cost can be around $1,300, which would be a significant expense to divide among our 21 students. We are exploring the possibility of a parent caravan/carpool instead, with families helping cover gas expenses for parent drivers.

Grandparents’ Day Card
Today, our students made a special card for their grandparents to show them how much they love and appreciate them. They were excited to create something heartfelt that they could bring home and share with their grandparents.
Please check your child’s homework folder this afternoon for their special card. We hope it brings a smile to our wonderful grandparents!

- Sept 20 – Catechetical Sunday, all families welcome! 11am Family Mass (free dress passes for all students who come in Mass Uniform) check in at Rm 5 after Mass, SAP choir sings
- Sept 22 – FALL School Picture Day for yearbook, 8:30-10:30 in the Hall! ☺ (Wear your complete Formal Mass Uniforms with white blouses and Oxford shirts, cardigans, vests, and ties for Yearbook photos)
- Oct 16 – Fall Fundraiser Chocolate monies due
