*Third Grade Angels Chapter book is needed for this week. Make sure your child brings this to school Homework Every day, your child will write all their homework list in their student planner. This must be signed and returned every day. Use the planner to keep track of your child’s daily assignments. I recommend following the daily schedule provided, it will help the students manage their activities better. I sent out a homework guideline with specific instructions to help students and families. We will start the other homework (Vocabulary, Spelling & more) the following week.
Complete Formal Mass uniform Every Friday, all students must wear their COMPLETE Formal Mass uniform (boys must have a belt, tie & vest, girls must have a bow and a cardigan with logo, no other jackets or windbreakers allowed) (please check the handbook for details).
Make-up test policy (from 3rd grade syllabus) Please email me if your child will be staying after school to make up missed tests. Failure to communicate with me in advance will result in your child receiving an NI (Needs Improvement) on their missed tests. All make-up tests will be conducted on Make-Up Mondays (or Tuesdays if there is no school on Monday), and these sessions are by appointment only. Please note that we have BIG tests every Thursday and Friday. If your child is sick, I recommend providing a doctor's note to excuse the absence. Parents are responsible for ensuring their child is prepared to take the missed tests.
Communicating with Mrs. Do As we kick off this school year, I want to emphasize the importance of open and honest communication between us, parents and teachers.
If you ever find that your child is struggling to meet homework deadlines or facing any personal concerns that may affect their academic performance, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I am here to support your child's educational journey. Together, we can find solutions to address any challenges they may face.
Additionally, I encourage you to share any comments or feedback you may have about me. Constructive feedback helps me continuously improve my teaching methods and ensures that I provide the best educational experience for your child.
