Amazing First Day!

Good afternoon First Grade Families!

It was great seeing you and your child today. It was a terrific first day and I hope you and your child are excited to take on the rest of the year together! Please read all the information I post or email to avoid questions covered in detail by the email and posts I have put out. If you have not yet brought in your community supplies, please make sure you submit them and email me to check you off my list. We try to make these items last us the whole year and I greatly appreciate you bringing them in for us.

Parent forms were sent home today as well as P.E. forms. Please have your oldest child submit all completed forms by this Friday to receive credit on Gradelink and a FREE DRESS pass.

Today we went over some of their personal materials. Some of your children may have received a note home if they are missing items, brought the wrong items, or brought items that are not on the list. Please refer to the following links and descriptions to ensure your child has the correct items as we will be using them throughout the school year. I will continue checking materials this week to ensure all students are well prepared for the school year.

1. Pencil box

• Should transparent
• No color
• 20.5cm/8.07" x 12cm/4.72" x 5.8cm/2.28"

2. Notebooks

• 2 primary wide ruled notebooks (should have dashed lines)
• 1 Writing Journal notebook (also primary wide ruled with drawing space)
