Happy 21st Week of Kinder & Happy Catholic School's Week! I would like to thank you, for choosing St. Anthony of Padua as your child's beginning of their academic journey. It is such a blessing to learn through Christ and His love for his children. Last week, Kindergarten took their 2nd Window STAR Testing and I am glad to see such great results as a whole! Many students improved their score from their first testing in August! Keep up the great work working with your children at home too!
Please carefully review this week's newsletter as we will be having a lot of activities this week!
Catholic School’s Week 1/25-30th This week is full of free-dress themes everyday! Students are allowed to wear school-appropriate JEANS this week along with their dress ups! Please ensure that no jeans have holes or rips, of they will receive a uniform infraction and ask to be changed into new pants. Monday 1/26: Parent Appreciation Day - COZY DAY! Dress up in a cozy outfit (NO PAJAMAS!) Parents, join us for a free well-deserved treat in the morning! The SAP Faculty will be serving free coffee and krispy kreme donuts to parents until 7:50am!
Tuesday 1/27: Student Appreciation Day - CLASS COLOR (KINDER IS PINK!) We will be having "extra recess" from 10:00am-10:30am and then a Pep Rally in the Hall at 1:15pm! There has been many questions about the boys wearing PINK. Unfortunately, I did not choose the class color. If your child wants to wear "red" instead of pink, they may but please keep in mind that red is assigned to 2nd grade and if they choose to wear that color they will be matching with them and not kinder! If you do not have PINK, please wear your school uniform!
Wednesday, 1/28: Administration Appreciation Day- Sports Day, dress up in your favorite team's gear! (jeans are allowed too!)
Thursday, 1/29: Teacher Appreciation Day - Disney Day! Dress up in your favorite Disney attire! (jeans are allowed too!)
Friday, 1/30: Special Person's Day - 12:00p Dismissal & wear your formal mass uniform OR your Sunday's Best Attire! Look out for more info regarding Catholic School's Week in your email! Please ensure that you turn in this form by WEDNESDAY, or I will assume your child will be staying with me during mass.
