Dear Kinder Families,
Happy 27th Week of Kindergarten and hello to the third and final trimester of Kindergarten! Your children have come a long way and we are exciting for these final lessons of Kindergarten! I look forward to this last trimester milestone with them and we have a lot of work to do to complete our foundational skills to be ready for 1st grade!
Please carefully review this week's newsletter!
SAP HundredX Fundraiser!
Our annual HundredX fundraiser kicked off today! This is a fun and easy opportunity that we can raise funds for our school without having to buy anything! Fill out as many surveys for different categories to earn $$ for our school! Last year, Kinder was one of the top classes -- let's WIN this year! Keep an eye out for emails from our PLC team regarding how to sign up and raise funds!
Make sure you sign up for "KINDERGARTEN"!
SAP Book War (Book Drive) (extended until Wed 3/11!)
As a school, we are collecting books to revamp our school library. Many of our books are old, damaged, or out dated! If you have space to donate books, we are having a contest for each grade level! The top 50 STUDENTS to donate 3 OR MORE books will be added to a list and will receive a prize. The TOP CLASS will receive a class prize! Right now, kinder is in 2nd Place!
I have created a google doc to track our class donations and even a Kindergarten Book list for assistance. Of course, any appropriate grade level book that is new or in good condition, is more than welcomed!

Students receiving citizenships award have earned an O (outstanding) in both behavior and work habits and also have no more than 4 tardies or absences in the 2nd trimester. Trimester awards will be on Wednesday, 3/11 at 8:00am in the hall!
Monday, 3/16 - No School
There will be no school next Monday 3/16 -- Teachers will be having our Lenten Retreat at the Midnight Mission!
Tues, 3/17 - St. Patricks Day!
Students are allowed to wear GREEN for St. Patricks Day! If they'd like to wear jeans as well, it is $1 donation to Student Government. PE Uniform is still required if you choose not to dress up. If you are dressing up, you do not need to change for PE.
