Dear Kinder Families,
Happy 30th Week of Kindergarten!
Just a reminder that I will be out for this whole week for baby bonding. This week is short, but please ensure to carefully read through this week's events to note all the changes made during holy week.
Holy Week Reminders
At SAP, we do not allow easter bags or goodies to be passed out during Holy Week (3/29-4/3). If you wish to pass these items out to the class, you can do so when we come back from Easter Break on Monday, April 13th.
I appreciate your understanding during this sacred week of Lent.
Kinder Cap & Gown Photos
Kinder and 8th Grade students took their graduation portraits last week. You will be able to view and purchase images beginning April 2, 2026. I will also send another email reminder when they become available!

Students must wear their formal mass uniform on Wednesday. They will still have PE to be scheduled in the afternoon, but they do not need to be wearing their PE uniform nor do they need to change.Thursday, April 2nd - Holy Thursday & 12pm Dismissal
We are celebrating Holy Thursday with an all-school lenten retreat throughout the day. Students can all wear their PE uniforms to stay comfortable outside. They do NOT need to bring their backpacks, folders, water bottles, or lunch boxes. They do not need to bring anything but themselves to school!We will be having a WALKING recess with pretzels and waters for all students provided by the teachers. There will be no playing and no games during today’s recess time.
Dismissal is at 12:00pm and there is NO DAY CARE!Friday, April 3rd - Good Friday & No School
Today we celebrate in remembrance of Good Friday. There is no school and Easter Break will be until Monday, April 28th.Enjoy your Easter Break, and I will see you all soon!
Easter Break Project!
Kindergarten will have a science project for Easter Break. We will be beginning to learn about the Life Cycle of a Butterfly — this project is a simple craft activity that you can do together! All materials will be provided inside their homework folders tomorrow with instructions and it will be due on Monday, April 13th when we return. When we return from break, we will be welcoming our 5 caterpillars to observe their real-life life cycle until they become butterflies! (I have attached an image sample to this email to see what the outcome should look like!)Easter Break
Easter break begins on Monday, April 6th and school resumes back on Monday, April 13th. Enjoy your break and I will also be back to school then! May God continue to bless you and protect you!
