Family Mass- March 22nd March 22nd is our monthly Family Mass. See you at 11am! If your child wears their Formal Mass uniform, they can get a Free Dress pass. They just need to check in with a staff member in room 5 after Mass to prove they were present and in their Mass uniform.
Genius Hours We are excited to begin Genius Hour this trimester! During this special time, students explore topics they are passionate about by asking questions, researching, and creating a project to share their learning. Genius Hour encourages curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking while helping students take ownership of their learning. We can’t wait to see the amazing ideas our students discover! ✨
3rd Trimester Chapter book Our third trimester chapter book is, The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane by Kate DiCamillo . I recommend purchasing a copy of the book for your child, as it will be used both in and outside of class. The students will benefit from having their own copy to follow along and engage with the text. TOB Quiz Review & Upcoming Test Information I have finished grading all TOB quizzes, and students will receive them tomorrow. Please take some time to review these quizzes with your child, as they will be helpful in preparing for the upcoming TOB test on Tuesday. Reviewing their quizzes will allow students to identify areas for improvement and feel more confident on test day.

Looking Ahead!
Genius Hours : This project is for the 3rd trimester and the students will learn more about it. Opinion Essay Unit: After Easter break, we will begin working on our final writing piece of the year—our opinion essay. This unit will take approximately 4–5 weeks to complete. I am excited to see the students develop their ideas, express their opinions, and grow as writers throughout this process.
